Why Necessary Products and Services can not be Bought by Salary

We know that economics is very complex subject so that nobody single person can understand perfectly about whole economic mechanism. By that reason people are suffering by poverty around the world even they have resources. This kind of problem is not only happened in developing countries even most of the people of developed countries have been faced same problem. People are doing job getting salary but they cannot buy necessary products and services from market, this kind of problem is whole Europe and USA also. It is the rising problem of developed countries. If salary of workers has increased then price of all products and services also will have increased again problem is remaining same. So, I have deeply analysis about this matter and find out some point why this kind of problem are rising around world.

We should know that people need products and services not job if all works are done by machine, robot and software then people should not do work. But we know that all works are not possible done by machine, robot and software that’s why people must be working. So that our intension must be heading to necessary work. Unnecessary work must not be done. If all people are working in really productive areas then they can produce more necessary products and services, in this situation people can buy more products and services from there salary. another condition if few people are working in productive areas and most of the people working unproductive areas then they can produce very few necessary products and services, in this situation they can buy only a few products and services from their salary.

I want to make more understandable about above explanation by example, there is one country name Finland where 4 people are living and they all are doing the job in productive field so that they able to make 120 shoes by working 8 hours per day in a month here every person has got 30 shoes by their salary. And another country name Nepal there is also 4 persons and 2 persons are making shoes and they make 60 shoes by working same hours and same one-month period, and another two persons are busy for buying and selling land, share etc. which are unproductive work now in-country Nepal can get only 15 shoes each person by their salary. here we should clear that if most of the people are working in the unproductive field then all price of products and services would be high. In both countries, there are the same 4 persons but people of Finland can get 30 shoes from their salary but people of Nepal can get only 15 shoes. By analysis above example, we can conclude that if our unproductive work is high then we can buy very fewer products from markets if we can not buy more products then we should be suffering from poverty. If our productive work is high then we can buy more products from the market.

That’s why by increasing the salary of workers never be solved problem of poverty, if increase salary then all price will be increased so that to solve this kind of problem, we should increase productive work and should decrease unproductive work. In the market, people are busy in so many unproductive works like a commercial bank, insurance, advertising agency, share market all those works can be done by software. People must be worked in productive areas so that they can buy more necessary products.
