Nepal is in include top 10 country list on the basis of remittance collection but facilities and condition of Nepalese people are worst of the world even country has so many resources. Then what is the hidden reason of that condition even most of the people are busy in work. Everybody is claiming that the main reason of political instability but I claim that political is not only the main reason, main reason is misunderstanding about economics that’s why so many wrong economy policies have been made by rulers, by that reason people have been compelling suffer by poverty.
I am going to prove about my claiming. People needs products and services not job because if machine, robot and software have worked all necessary works then why people should work for getting products and services, not need. But all necessary works are not possible done by machine, robot and software that’s why some works must be done by people to produce products and services. So, we always remember this small point while we are making economy policy after that unproductive job would not be created in the economy in the name of increasing employment. We can more understand about this matter by example. Assume if government allow to people for playing marriage game in every ward of Nepal then so many jobs would be created to collect tax from who have won the game. After that government have got a lot tax, so many people get salary from government tax and who win the game those people have a lot money, then they all go to market for buying goods but in market goods would be shortage because all people are playing card then who goes to produce goods. Then after people have money but they cannot buy even buy then can buy very few goods by paying large amount of money because price must be high if demand is more than supply. In Nepal, so many unproductive works are done by people like buying and selling of land, agents of insurance, agent of man power company, agent of share market etc. That’s why people cannot buy more products from their salaries. To remove this kind of problem government should stop unproductive work and should increase productive work then people can buy more goods from their salary.
In Nepal, so many foreign companies have been running, in general it seems good for economy because people get job from there, tax would be collected but in reality, it is huge loss of our country. While I am claiming this argument, people start to say me that China, Singapore, Hong Kong have developed by operating foreign company. This argument is true but those foreign company of China, Singapore and Hong Kong have been selling their products around the world that’s why China, Singapore, Hong Kong can get benefits from foreign company but contest in Nepal, all foreign companies have sold their products and services to only Nepalese citizen then huge amount of profit of those company is Nepalese money not come from others country. Huge amount of money goes to foreign countries in the name of profit transfer, which is big loss of our country. That kind of company can be created by using money of Nepalese people then we can save huge amount of our money. So, we should not give license to foreign company who only sale products to Nepalese citizens. By operating foreign company, if our import decrease then that situation we can consider little bit good but if possible, company must be conducted by using money of Nepalese citizens to save huge national loss. For example, N cell company has provided good mobile services, many people are getting good job, government have collected huge tax, all factors seem good but huge amount of our money has gone to foreign country in the name of profit transfer which is big loss. In that situation we can upgrade our NTC, then so many job would be increased, tax would be increased our money would be saved but due to misunderstanding about economics we have distributed business license to foreign companies on blindly that’s why people are suffering by poverty. For example in Finland, KFC company has not got license to operate business because if KFC come in Finland many other local restaurant may be gone in loss and huge money will be gone to USA in the name of profit transfer that’s why to save national income, they don’t give license to foreign company as blindly as Nepal that’s why Finland is the top best country in the world and Nepal is top worst country of the world. One simple policy has been played big role to develop country. That’s why political leaders must consult with best economists while making economy policy.
