Country means international accepted boundaries of specific areas, where different kind of people have been living. So many boundaries of countries have been changed in our history in a different time period. So, the boundaries of any country are also not permanent in future may be changed. Inside the country, people have been doing so many activities to run their life. To run and manage all those activities in a regular basis, one government must be needed. We have so many ways and experiences to establish the government in any country like monarchy, emperor, militarism, dictatorship and democratic system. The government may come through so many ways like military power, generation transfer, revolution and election etc. The main goal of any government is to save country, their people and increase facilities to the people by managing all-economy activities as well as other activities. Here we should clear that whatever type of government doesn’t matter if a large number of people are satisfied with government works. If the government are ruled by highly moral, discipline and qualified people then the government can give good delivery to people. So, we can see in different countries in the world, they give good delivery to the people even the government have different types.
People don’t satisfy with only good delivery from the government, they also need the freedom to speak, they want to organize people, they want to become a leader of country etc. That’s why we should make one good system where everybody can be a leader, it is the right of all people. So democratic government is the best option for making government, in this system everybody can get a chance to be a leader. By understanding this simple point, we can create so many options to make government. Not need any big ideas and principal of any philosopher. Just we must understand basic reality then we can create the best system anywhere.
Nowadays some countries have been practising to formulate government by a democratic system. This system seems good in some countries but some countries have a very bad practice. In this system, there are so many parties with a different ideology. And most of the people are already fixed by one party then how we can say we are doing democratic practice; this is called a fixed party system. People are already tied up with fix party even party don’t work well, they don’t want to change party. And parliament member also selected firstly by a party and then go to the election if all parties don’t select good member then how people can select good parliament member by voting, the party already selected on the basis of party decision then where is the democracy for the people just we are practising partycracy in name of democracy. People are compelled to vote bad leader, who is already selected by the party then how people can select a good leader for their country, it is very bad practice, we are doing due to lack knowledge of politics it must be changed by using new technology. People must be given to their rights of real democracy practice. People In this democracy system, even a small society is divided on the basis of a party which is not good for any society. It is not so bad effect in a highly educated society but like Nepal, India and so many developing countries have so many problems by this party system. People of another party are against the government and protest even government doing well. People and another party leader have ego, they don’t want to see good work from another party government. Another hand government have got corruption, all party members are known about this matter even they cannot speak against their government because they are also the same party, it is a big drawback of the party system. So, we have heard so many corruption news in this party system. Then how the government can give good delivery to the people by being corrupted. No way. By seeing the corruption of government, people come to the street for protesting then government use power to control them, what a bad practice and shameful activities have been done even we are in the advance era. Before change this party system, first we should know about some ideology which party is believed.
A. Communism- It is one kind of economic model; it is a branch of socialism so many writers and philosophers have described communism before Karl Mark but very clearly and big explain about communism by Karl Marx that’s why people believe that Karl Marx is the father of communism. He had described communism very unpractical way, which is not possible to apply in human society. According to him, all people should equally work, all people can get equal facilities, people cannot be allowed to hold private property, all property and resources belong to commune, stateless society, moneyless society. His philosophy is extremely complicated to apply in any society. It has not practised any country yet in the world. So, we should not carry this ideology. The economy model means how to utilize recourses among the people if understand this basic feature of the economy then anyone creates 100 types of economy model, no need to read a book of any philosopher, all books have been written about the economic model by understanding basic feature of the economy. That’s why I have also created new economy model Realism which you can find in the blog.
B. Capitalism- This economy model had been created by Adam Smith. According to him, all economic activities should be freed from government control. All products and services are produced and sold in the free market and they are freed to fix the price of products and services. Demand and supply play role to control the free market so the government should not intervene free market. People are free to produce any good and services. People are allowed to hold private property that’s why people always motivate to work and innovation that is the main idea of this ideology.
C. Socialism- This model has been described by so many philosophers like Plato, Aristotle, Mazdak the Yonger, it had been used first-time 3rd century BCE in Mauryan Empire of India. According to this ideology some basic needs of people can go collectively like education, health can be provided through the government for all as free. Not only education and health other necessary goods and services also can go collectively.
We should clear that here very basic matter is that if we apply capitalism, people get a job and getting salary then they should use their salary to buy necessary products and services and rest of money should use education and health. In socialism, people get the same salary like capitalism but products and services would be expensive because the government should take more money as a tax from business to run free education and health that’s why products and services would be expensive. Here we should not pay a fee for education and health service but other goods and services would be expensive. Money doesn’t come from the sky in any model, it is the concept of all about how to get necessary goods and services. It is the partial communism model. If we go all-economy activities through collectively called communism. If we go all economy activities through free market called capitalism. If we go through a little bit collectively, rest of free market called socialism. that’s why I have said no need to read any book to understand what Karl Marx said about communism. There is not any vast matter to say some things great, it is all about common sense. In capitalism, the government provide welfare program to poor people, in socialism also provide basic social benefit. Whatever model we have applied no matter, the model does not get any extra things from the sky. People must work for increasing their facilities, to mobilize all people and use resources, good public policy must be made. To make good public policy, a leader must be selected with the highly qualified and morally good manner by citizens. To select the best political leader, people must be given the right to vote in a real democracy system. So, I am going to describe a new way to select the best leader.
I have already described the drawback of the party system and voting system and also described 3 models where communism is not applicable but we can apply the rest of 2 models. A political leader must be highly qualified and trustable, to check the qualification of leader, we can conduct a written exam before voting who have passed exam those people only allowed to go, election member. After the passed exam, voting would be conducted through a mobile app. It is very easy and without the high cost, the mobile voting system can be conducted. Currently some developing countries, it doesn’t possible but many developed countries have been possible. Here citizens are free to vote any one person in specific areas up to this election, nobody belongs to any party that’s why society never would divide on the basis of party, they can vote a highly trustable and qualified person who have passed already written exam. After selecting this voting system, all selected candidates come to the centre, in the center, there are 2 models one is capitalism and another is socialism. Now everyone should select any 1 model, again which model has majority member that group model can select Prime Minister from there group and another minority group also get some minister, there is no opposition party one is majority party another is the minority party. After that government can do with good performance, all people would be watching activities of government with positives eyes. All people support the government. Not any fraction problem in society on the basis of political parties. But people should be given rights to the removed government if the government cannot give good delivery. If two-third people vote for against the government then the government can be removed at any time. But voting percentage must be a minimum of 70% of total voters. After that people should not come into the street for protesting if the government do bad activities people can remove mobile voting. This whole system called political “ Realism Model”
If this practice really applied, then we can enjoy really democracy system. Currently, we are practising party system on the name of democracy.
