Money is the develop form of stone, those stones were used in ancient age for making transactions like we are using paper money for same purpose now. Currently central bank of Nepal is holding 13 kharba foreign currency for backup of 4 kharba of circulate own money. Central bank is holding more 9 kharaba extra money which is not needed. That’s why our economy is suffering, those money, central bank should give to government as a loan and government should to make infrastructures by using those holding extra money then so many jobs would be created or so many infrastructures would be made then government can collect more tax and return to the central bank loan in future.This simple mechanism can’t understand my whole Nepalese economists who is holding post to suggest to government how can I tell them don’t hold those stones please move them by creating something useful things inside the country. Please don’t afraid of inflation, inflation immediately doesn’t come by circulating extra money if goods are available in markets, if exchange rate is near to stable then no chance to come inflation then why should be holding more money without using in needed places.
