Completely New Model with Example.

Developed means, citizens of country, should be facilitated by  quality  of goods and services by working few hours like having quality foods, cloths, education, health services, comfortable home, vehicle, social benefit, life security, well water supply system, electricity supply system, telecom, internet, quality infrastructures for road, bridge, and all government institutions etc. To get all above mention development facilities, necessary works must be done by people, machine, and robot. If we see in the world, some countries have already got these facilities, most of countries are suffering to get these facilities, the main reason of difference is that, works are done in proper way or not. In general,most of people think that, money is matter, but we should clear that, money is not matter for any development. Money simply can generate by central bank, there is own process, if we able to create some value by working, then money will generate.

Money is needed, without money cannot start work, but we should not forget that money can generate by issuing share to people, or can take loan from bank. After completion of works, these works would able to create some new value, again money would be got by converting value to market. So here money is just playing role of mediator, exactly people need products and services to run their life, to get these things, work must be done but some people are working more hours, some are working less hours, some are doing in skilled job, some are doing unskilled job, so many variety of jobs must be done to produce products. People must be got benefit on the basis of working hours, and their job title so that money is playing role to give them benefit on basis of their contribution.

To run all economy activities, so many models have been applied in the world, by observing these models, some are good in one aspect, some are failure in other aspect, none of them are perfect for coping. In capitalism models, maximum economy activities are run under free market. In communism models, maximum economy activities are run directly under government control. Both are getting some good and bad results. Handful people are able to gather 50% wealth of world, huge number of people have been compelling to suffer by getting basic foods and services, in under capitalism, this is not good for run healthy society. And other hand people are not free for speak, not free hold private property, then people are being lazy, not motivate to work, not desire for new innovation, these all are the drawback of communism. At the end both are failure, so we should develop new model for run economy activities by seating between both models. Countries should not be fighting each other on the basis of applying of any economy model. It is just stupid arguments, for run people life, economy activities must be run either free market or under government, majority of people in that country should free to decide, which model should be applied in their country.

 

In my view, security, education, health, water supply system, electricity, telecom and insurance would be run under directly government control and rest of economy sectors would be run by private sector. Security, education, and health should be freed for all. To run private sectors, would be applied in large company model. Everybody can buy one share of company in particular region; share should not be sold in secondary share market. If somebody wants to sale share, then their share should be listed in selling list and if somebody wants to buy share then, their share should be listed in buying list. Transactions are done by applying FIFO method and share price would be fixed by calculating of company net worth value. In company there would be four level of jobs like management level, skilled worker, semi-skilled worker and unskilled worker. Salary must not be so much difference in each level. Current situation in Nepal, I would like to prefer following salary scale of employee bottom to top Rs 30000, 40000, 50000, 60000. If company get net profit more than 15% of sales value and 25% of capital amount in a year then, all excess amount of profit goes to government these system control over selling price of products. In general, 25% tax would be applied in profit.

Every region should open agriculture company by issuing share for their citizens. All land should be taken on lease and be cultivated. In different areas cold store should be made in back side and sale counter outside. All transportation vehicles would be bought by company. All agriculture related activities are done by company. People are allowed to use their land for their personal uses or to give on lease to company. By our constitute, we cannot ban to operate personal business, but by running company model, individual cannot compete with company, so they compel to close their business also not need as well. After that foods problem are solved not need buying from outside country. After food we should focus in housing, same way, we would create housing company by issuing share, people are allowed to purpose housing demand even they don’t have money now, bank gives loan to people, company gives job to people, then company would be making housing continuously as customers demand housing problem also solved. Personal housing company are not banned but they compel to close because people are attracted by new company model. Our huge amount money goes to foreign by getting cloth, so we should open cloth company in same way. Every area we can create revolution for making our country better. After making most of necessary products inside country then nobody should be suffering by poverty. Step by step our economy will be grown, then whatever we need we can produce in our country. Just we should decide that what to produce, how to produce, for whom to produce, after clearing these things, should be started in action.

What kind of foreign investment should be allowed, it is big thinkable matter otherwise, should be compelled to loss national income. Foreign investment should be allowed, which we cannot afford to operate, and their products must be sold in foreign market otherwise country cannot get benefit. For example, Ncell has been doing business in our country, huge amount of profit is gone to foreign countries, from our citizens money, without selling service in foreign countries. This is huge loss of country. If ncell is not here, all services are provided by ntc, ntc would able to create more job, which ncell provide now, ntc would able to pay tax, which ncell pay now. In this situation why should give licence for foreign company. We know that for economy development, foreign company should be allowed but condition is always applied. Those foreign company should be allowed to open, which products and service would be sold in foreign market, then we able increase our national income, otherwise we cannot get benefit. Job creation and tax creation is not big matter, we can do our self by creating company to produce necessary products. We can see in china, so many foreign companies have been operating there, but their products are being sold in worldwide that’s why china getting benefit from foreign company. This simple idea plays huge role to increase nation income.

Our huge money loss in buying fuel and gas, so we should replace gas by induction oven and fuel by electric vehicles. After running all economy activities in right direction in ten years then, we will be affordable to open electric vehicle production company. Then we will able to reduce our fuel consumption. Trains should be run as soon as possible in different areas; they make easy to transport and reduce hugely fuel consumption. 

Our country is natural beauty, tourists are attracted by nature here. So, we should focus in tourism areas. Price of all hotel menu, bus fare, plane fare etc should be equal for all kinds of people. After seeing double price menu, they felt that they are looted, which is not good for promotion of our tourism. Our mountains trekking route are worldwide famous, but our service facilities are so poor. We should upgrade our service in hotel as well as we should build hospital and emergency, shelter places in different areas. In Kathmandu Thamel is being so congested, it should be moved in Jhor hill areas by making new tourism park with quality services, which is 10 km far from ringroad and nice view point areas as well. There is trekking route from Sundarijal to Gosaikunda, services facilities should be upgraded in this area. Nepali are so talented in any areas if they can get opportunities to show. So, we should use our talented in IT sector, which is being worldwide emerging big company, for doing job in IT, landlock cannot ban us. We can sale our service worldwide easily. So, government should focus to develop IT park in different areas. After working proper way in every sector, nobody can stop to develop our country, even we are in landlock country.
