Development means people should have healthy security, foods for eat, good cloths, good house for live, social benefits all facilities should be available like water supply, electricity supply, Telecome, electric car, electric bus train, metro train, plane, bank balance for buy, good road, good school, good college, good hospital etc. Whatever we need for run our best life, should be available for use with best quality. This is the common sense of development; everybody knows about it. But matter is that how can get this imaginary development to real development.
Using common sense, we can that, if I have all materials to make sweater, shoes, shirts etc. and have a knowledge of how to make it. Then I must wave sweater, shirt shoes etc. if I wave long time, I can make more sweaters, shoes, shirt etc. and vice versa. If I use new technology for waving, then I can wave very faster and more sweaters, shoes, shirts etc. It is not only use in sweaters, shoes shirts, this simply common sense using in whole country also. If we work by using technology, which we have or affordable, then work in proper way in continuously, then all above mention development sign of country and people must be got it.
Everybody know problem of our country so that, I don’t want to explain here about it. I am going to explain, how to make better Nepal in few years, then all countries of the world must compel follow our way, which we apply in Nepal.
1. All gold, and silver must be collected in central bank from citizens by giving current price of its. Then no more gold come from outside countries, for using citizen, then our foreign currency quantity level will be in high level in central bank. Foreign currency quantity, which is called assets of central bank, which is played back-up role of issuing circulate domestic money in market. If backup of foreign currency quantity of central, bank decrease, then our domestic money value will be decreased, then price of all goods and services will be increased that is not healthy situation for economy. So that we should be maintain foreign currency, gold and silver, quantity in central bank. This whole mechanism is called monetary system. People are free from who have been working in really unnecessary area by making gold ring, doing business all are unnecessary. After that world economists and leader will be surprised, seeing our action.
2. Secondary share market must be stopped, it is useless transaction like, today I buy one stone, tomorrow I sale it to another and so on. What is the benefit from it, doing nonsense activities? People need foods, cloths, home, car etc, these things must be produced, why people are busy doing non sense activities across the world, just lack of common sense of veteran economists. Example if one country, there are living 20 citizens, 8 people are doing gold related work, another 5 people are working in share market, only 7 people have produced goods and cloths price value Rs 20000, by working 8 hours, These produce foods and cloths also needed, who are doing work in gold, and share market as well. After using common sense, we can say that if all 20 people are working the really necessary area, they can produce more foods and cloth around, which value is Rs 58000 by working same 8 hours, means if all people of country have worked, which is really needed for people as well as country, then we should not be suffering for getting all goods and services, which make our life very comfortable. And we can export a lot of products to others countries as well for earn foreign currency.
3. All land price of country should be strictly applied government price for buying and selling, then nobody is busy for doing unproductive works across the country. Government must not be thinking to collect tax from unnecessary areas. We have to do work so many necessary areas then, why should create situation for doing work in unnecessary areas. Government can easily collect tax more from which is really necessary areas. Our whole areas are weak like road, bridges, hospital, college, home, government office, buses, car etc. then why people are busy in unnecessary areas, it is the lack of common sense of economists.
4. If we look in a small city, so many small shops are open, they sale unhealthy goods, they are doing job morning to evening, doing unhealthy competition, some are getting loss even they are doing hard work, life is not being like life, they cannot sleep by financial problem, people are compelling to face so many problems in their life because of nobody create idea to solve yet.
5. Then how to take right action for solve all existing problem. Current situation our remittance uses to buy foods and fuel. Foods must be stopped to bring and fuel must be decrease otherwise we cannot buy technology, which mostly need for country development.
6. Which system should apply run all economy activities; it is most debated matter in the world? By analysing, communism, and capitalism, we should take middle way, which is more applicable. In my ideas, security, education, health, water supply system, electricity telecom and insurance should be run directly by government. Security, education and health must be freed and possible also. All rest of Business should be run by private sectors by applying new company concept.
7. In company concept, we should create company by issuing share, one person can buy one share of each company. Every sector we can create related company for example in agriculture. We create agriculture company in Chitwan, then whole Chitwan citizens can buy share of this company. This company can take land in lease in whole Chitwan, and start to cultivate all areas by using technology, same time should by transportation vehicle and make huge cold store in backside and sales stale in front, it should be distance 1 or 2 per kilometres. Company produce, transport, stores and sale whole activities are done by same company. Business is not allowed to do personal person or it is not necessary as well because every person has 1 share of this company. Same way we can do every district. Why money is needed to do this in action. People buy share, bank provide loan no more problem to such simple action. If foods are available from own country the we can think further.
8. Housing company, same issue share to people, and start to build big apartment as well as small housing, after making housing, those people can buy housing who are working in agriculture and housing. Why need big budget to do so simple action. No more personal company is allowed to do housing company.
9. Same way we can do every sector like clothe company, electric car company train company.
10. For example, one country 100 people are living there, all raw materials are over there. They all know how to make home then they make one good apartment by working themselves and they are able to stay good apartment. Why needs money here. So, we can that money is not needed to be produced anything, money just play mediator role to make sure who is work more, and who is work less according to give them facilities as their working hours. Again, we collect money from citizen Rs 10 crore as a share and build huge shopping mall by using raw materials buying from same citizen, and working by same citizen. All 10-crore money goes to same citizen through paid of salary and material cost. Then now they have previous money as well as share of big shopping mall. These malls start to generate income by rent, then people start to get dividend. Why should cannot do such easy concept everywhere we can apply same concept. Doing step by step upgrade we can make electric car, train company and finally electric plane also possible with in 20 years. Whatever we need create company and start work, we can make it. Company share should not be sold in secondary market, if somebody want to sale share, company returned their share by calculating share value on the basis of company net worth.
11. Same way we can create herbal refine company, electric oven and others products company; nobody needs to operate single company. Just we should discuss about its formation, if I write here, it will be lengthy so I don’t want to write.
12. One more confusion even veteran economist is also confused debate about this matter. For example, if we make one woods cupboard in Nepal it costs Rs 20000, If we buy from same cupboard from china it cost Rs 18000. Which may be the better option. It seems good to buy from china but really not true why. Because all raw materials, which is needed to make it, we can get in our country, and so many unemployed people are available here, so by using idle man power and material we able to make value Rs 20000. It is good for worker and raw material suppliers. We able to save our foreign currency of central bank, those saving money we can use, those things, which are not possible to make in Nepal like advance technology.
13. By using common sense, we should save our foreign currency by avoiding unnecessary purchase from foreign countries, then we can use it in really necessary areas.
14. All over the Nepal by creating company in necessary areas then start to produce products, what we really need to make our life better but unnecessary work must be eliminated from economy activities like gold, share market, land small shop related work.
15. Tourism company have huge market in Nepal should be focused in seriously.
16. Electricity can be sold India and Bangladesh which may be big income sources for our foreign currency. If I can work in Nepal using new concept every Nepalis will have home, car and best facilities etc in !0 years.
